30-day returns

Not completely happy with your order? You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Right of withdrawal (European Union)

If you live in the European Union, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. To use this right, let us know within those 14 days by email (a simple message with your order number is enough), and send the item back within 14 days after notifying us. In that case, we'll refund the price of the item and the original standard shipping cost.

Condition of returned items

Our pillows are personal bedding. You're welcome to unpack and inspect your pillow, but please don't sleep on it or wash the cover if you think you may want to return it. Items must be returned complete, with all parts and the cover, and in their original condition. If a returned item shows use beyond what's needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

How to start a return

Email us at mamo2001@live.be with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it back. We recommend a tracked shipping method.

Items sent back without contacting us first can't be processed.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For returns from outside the EU, any customs fees on the return parcel are also the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. In most cases, you won't need to send the item back.

Customers in the European Union are also covered by the 2-year legal guarantee for defects that existed at delivery.

Exchanges

Want a different colour or product? Email us and we'll help you. The quickest way is usually to return your item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (for EU withdrawals, no later than 14 days after you notified us, though we may wait until we've received the item). Your bank may need a few extra days to process the refund.
