Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are counted from the moment your order ships:

European Union (including Belgium and the Netherlands): 7–14 business days
United Kingdom & Switzerland: 8–15 business days
United States & Canada: 8–15 business days
Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. During peak periods such as Black Friday and the holidays, or when parcels are held at customs, delivery can take a little longer.

Our pillows are shipped vacuum-packed, so they arrive in a compact package. Unpack your pillow and give it about 24 hours to fully expand before your first night.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.

Duties and taxes

European Union: our prices include VAT.
Outside the EU (including the US, Canada, the UK and Switzerland): import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply, depending on your country's rules. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices unless shown at checkout. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking your order

You can follow your package at any time with the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information can take a few days to appear after your order ships.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address. We're not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

Has your order not arrived more than 10 business days after the latest estimate above, or did it arrive damaged? Email us at mamo2001@live.be with your order number (and photos if the item is damaged), and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
